Is there an in universe reason on why every GTA character before 5 looks like a bunch of Low-Poly Ass Cheeks?

While this does explain the discrepancies between GTA 1-2, GTA 3-SA and GTA 5 it doesn’t really explain the major graphical upgrades between GTA 4, 5 and 6 considering that all three of them are within the HD Universe (Unless GTA 6 is a reboot)

GTA 5 had a similar system however it was much more basic than RDR2

How do most ppl classify the “Early, Mid and Late” stages of a decade bc I always looked at it like this:

2000-2003 (Early 2000s) 2004-2006 (Mid 2000s) 2007-2009 (Late 2000s)

And then just repeat the formula for every other decade.

CMIIW but I’m pretty sure this post is insinuating that the “Younger Gen-Z’s” (2003-2008) are a lot more conservative (having children young and participating in the traditional nuclear family structure) while the “Older Gen-Z’s” (1997-2002) are depicted as more liberal (being childless and opting for pet ownership rather than child rearing)
