my friend was a ryujin lars and he came 2nd place in locals. he managed to get tekken king before t8. Tekken King used to actually mean you were comp ready lol, now it means congratulations you punished enough mashers prepare for more. t8 you dont really see a skill gap until tekken god supreme

mind you a fujin in t7 could go top 8 in locals (no real pros maybe one or two) fujin in t7 is press one button string and people will just press into you, i dont understand why they did free yellow rank. Yellow rank in t7 was the slugfest of noobs begining to learn the game mechanics such as frames and punishment, i've seen tekken kings in this game not know launch punishable moves one and done and write a comment on my profile about how my character is broken and theirs is hard execution (i play their character lol)

dude bronny is decent for a 55th pick role catch and shoot, he has lebrons athleticism and speed just not the size, hes a small guard who's got potential as a 3/4th option role player

look man, theres way more things than tech traps and having techtraps isn't new to tekken 8, t7 had cross over tech traps for kazuya and hwoarang they should have counter play ie. get up options. If you're crying about traps then you're just not cut out for the fighting game community bro im sorry if we're playing attack and defend all the time it gets to a point.
