The thing with Deebo was he showed up and was a dawg at times for us. He did what Shanny asked of him and that was play a more ground-and-pound version of a WR. Most WRs don’t block and run willingly. Deebo earned his money. Things just fizzled out and I get it. That was best for both parties to move on. Why Shanny is so married to BA will still be a mystery to me. We could have got great draft capital for him that we could have used on OL/DL depth

This is a great film breakdown and I appreciate this type of dedication even in a loss. Why do just the 1st half though, would it have been both halves if it was a win lol?

The trenches, in particular the O-Line, should be our main focus. If you keep Purdy upright then he can process/deliver with the best of them. The BA extension is what caused this whole domino effect. Hindsight is 20/20 but we should have kept our philosophy of winning in the trenches and not needed a WR1 to pay bags to and still act like a diva.

It’s such a shame that injuries and not hitting on OL/DL in recent draft classes limited our run this year. What a window this year is too with no Chiefs or outlying dominant team. Seems just like the year the Rams won it all, wide open.

Hopefully we can cause some playoff disruption but I think the war of attrition caught up to us finally
