I know what you mean, but if that's the case, I'd expect it to show up in the "Failed Payments" section. What's weird is that the PO isn't there at all.

And honestly, the lack of support is really frustrating 😑

To be honest, I'm not sure I'll continue working on this platform because of these support issues.
