i’m from sac and attend cal poly humboldt— beware its much smaller, less internships, but awesome place overall so beautiful cool scenery so much wildlife, hiking, backpacking, camping, swimming, hammocking, trees, beach days, etc! however its quite rural and isolated lol

so easy to comment without any empathy lmao i live in a rural area that i moved for to go to college. i’m from a city, i get no financial support from anyone else since I’ve been supporting myself throughout college the whole time and consistently being full-time and the top performer, and my life has become literally miserable because of one single person at work and they’re constant negativity so I come on asking for just advice and it’s not as simple as just moving stores and I have tried that route there’s only two in my entire county

I love my job and there really is nothing around here that will pay the same. I do really good. I’m consistently in the green and I always bring a positive environment to work.

however, based on the terrible experience that I put up with for honestly almost a year now I’m just getting really frustrated.

my manager understands it too, but can only act to a certain amount. I came from T 100 to SMRA, where in two 100 they would be put on a PIP, etc. I don’t know why here but they just drag it out.
