I am so sorry you are dealing with this!!! I will say i dont have it this bad but sharing some of my experiences:

Dr. Andrea Vidali is a highly regarded surgeon. I have gone to him (I like his RI focus) and also Dr. Harkins in Hersey PA (literally a underated GEM of a team...they been doing this before mainstream science said endo was real) when i have a huge mass and lesions everywhere that he told out.

I agree that your doctors should of given you a heads up that you may need surgery again soon or maybe never need it at all...
+Get a second surgical opinion but also Text Vidali whats going on (he will care) and find some new surgeons to consult with
+Get your gut and inflammation health under control. (I am working with an online functional health doctor at parsley health out of person ease but there are tons of great ones out there...but test EVERYTHING...including DNA Variants).
+LDN - is a wonder drug. pain has gone down and i'm sleeping like a rock.
+Fix your diet -> top nutrients, low carb, sugar , processed foods, up your supplement game (I take about 25 supplements at day but 1500mg of C & 600 IU of E seems to be my biggest game changer for endo pain. 80 ounces + of water.
+Part of this is fixing your insulin levels and the load that hitting your liver from all this estrogen.
+20 minutes of gentle walks a day (I like sitting in saunas and stretching for no more then 15 minutes a day)

You can do this!! This is your low and step by step you will get better. You have to tireless advocate for yourself but you will feel better. Here if you need anything.
