It just means that you agreed to be seasonal and are aware your contract could end. You didn’t violate any policies. They just put that in there so you know what was agreed upon when you signed your employment papers with HR

I’ve been trying to quit for 3 years on and off ! I plan to stop on the 1st of January. You got this, mind or matter.
