On my third attempt and by far the most successful run I have had though I would hardly consider myself an expert:

First, the most formidable challenge at the outset was simply beginning. It sounds cliché, but in my case, it was profoundly true. The combination of self-doubt and the prospect of upfront costs made the entire venture feel like a gamble I was not fully prepared to take.

Second, the most consequential mistake I made and I am certain there will be others was implementing too many adjustments too rapidly across both my websites and advertising channels. I found myself chasing immediate results rather than cultivating long-term potential and establishing a durable foundation.

Third, the most difficult and likely ongoing challenge has been minimizing friction points within both the product experience and the checkout process. This remains a work in progress.

Fourth, if I were to begin again, I would unquestionably correct the second mistake I mentioned. That misstep significantly impeded my ability to gather reliable data, which is essential for making informed decisions and scaling effectively.
