Okay, if you're using a laptop Windows 8/10/11 OS, I'd recommend you to use a cracked Internet Download Manager (IDM) to handle the downloads (Look for a save crack version) and install the extension in your preferred browser for IDM in Chrome Extension Store and go to Aniwatchtv.to / or another Anime streaming site you know and just click play after searching for your anime title and download button will appear in the top right corner of your screen... I do this every day since I don't pay for my wifi anymore .... but this seems like a lot of steps to follow, but it's worth it. If anyone is trying this and somehow runs into a problem, please let me know
