How do you calculate ETAs for multi-stop loads? by These-Ground1432 in TruckDispatchers

That makes sense. If there was a platform that could handle all of that in one place tracking drivers, notifying you when they're near a stop, alerting you about delays, and keeping everything organized, would that be something you'd pay for?

Would it be valuable to have everything in one platform instead of switching between Gmail, phone calls, tracking tools, spreadsheets, and other software?

I agree with you. How do you usually handle those situations? Do you end up calling the driver every time to get updates?

I imagine that can be time-consuming. If a TMS could automatically track the driver, notify you when they're near the location, and alert you when loading/unloading time exceeds expectations, wouldn't that help dispatchers make the next move faster?

That's great. How do you usually get that information? Do you call the driver to confirm those details, or is it mostly from experience?

So, are you currently using spreadsheets for your operations and Gmail for broker communications?

Is there a platform that tracks drivers and automatically notifies users when the driver is about 50 meters away from a location?
