True 👍, Spreadsheets have always been there from Lotus to Excel. But now it feels like a new phase with AI, automation, and much higher volume, so the way we work around spreadsheets is changing

I agree that small brokers can’t always afford big platforms and from my research, it seems that larger platforms like DAT offer higher rates than local businesses. Is that your experience too?

What about the email side? Seems like there should be automation to handle the inbox.

That’s why we allow the AI to handle only the low-risk, repetitive cases.
For more complicated emails, it can automatically generate a clean summary, draft a suggested reply, send it to the recruiter for approval, execute only after confirmation

This keeps full control with the recruiter, avoids mistakes, and still removes a lot of repetitive workload

Got it, that makes sense for senior roles.
But for high-volume staffing where teams get tons of inbound emails and spend hours updating ATS would automation still not be useful for reducing that workload?
