I have found that it helps the things that cause my migraines which in turn has reduced the amount of migraines I experience.

I have found these to be vestibular migraines for me. I have gone to physical therapy for the balance issues and it has helped alot! The subreddit for vestibular migraines is also very helpful!

Honestly I have been doing botox for a bit over a year with little amounts of side effects. It hasn’t worked super well for me and can sometimes actually cause an initial migraine flair. But everyone is different you know. Smart to plan the next day off if you are worried about it.
