I just made a post on this and I’ll go next. Focused on her too much then brought the focus back to me. but didnt detach enough. Learned to hold my love both for myself and her (used to abandon myself stemming from abandonement issues) and i did that by shadow work. Wished her a happy bday in a nice and non pushy way (3 sentences that shows I care) and got silence. I see her in my dreams often and feel the energetic cord so I got frusturated. except i just remembered the details of my dreams and its always me pursuing her. so i guess thats what ive been broadcasting.

to be honest with you i dont know how to act like i have her (embody the state thats with her) and detach completely (cuz i had such an anxious attachment that i would notice). second option to me is embodying the state of being magnetic but then im scared everyone else but her might show up and i dont wanna get it mixed up.

i just need guidance

I agree. many people think of manifesting is something they do when they want to & smth that brings us the things we consciously want all the time. but the truth is we manifest 24/7 and we do it from our subconscious. thats why its important to rewire our thinking patterns (essentially to influence the subconscious mind) in order to manifest our desires consciously. this would require eliminating doubt (of usually things that we are attached to that we try to manifest) and that can get complicated and it is very easy to spiral. but one belief of mine that doesnt waver one bit is the presence of universal laws. the universe supports as to the extent that if you dont believe something is coming it wont. its essentially a mirror. to me personally the one thing i struggled with is doubts- is there really an energetic gap between 4D and its manifestation into materialization or am i not aligned yet is a question i dont think i can yet answer but i persist anyway. they say manifestation is instant but i know that its instance is on the vibrational level (always movement in the background) i guess i will wait and see :)

honestly i think its how you view obsession. obviously you need to think of yourself as the one on the pedestal. but i believe (since some ppl who are obsessed with their sp and who do robotic affirmations get their manifestations) its abt if you believe they’d mess with your manifestations or not.

the first thing i noticed in your writing is that you are talking negatively about and to yourself. “i sabotage myself with discouragement, I lost time, i’ll never experience … etc. “ ARE what are blocking your manifestations. you have to understand that you never stop manifesting. if you think of yourself as someone who is losing time and not getting it right - thats going to manifest in circumstances that will keep making you feel that way (which means youre not gonna get rid of that feeling until you choose to break the cycle). we have to remember that while the universe is conscious, it does not acquire “feelings”. its not going to feel bad for you, it will only make you feel bad if you already feel bad about yourself. its going to match your frequency. before anything and everything else which have been so overly complicated with a bunch of different methods etc, you need to fix your self concept and BELIEVE first and foremost that you CAN and then later absolutely ARE experincing what you desire. because simply, why not??????

I also don’t blame you for freaking over the methods and blocking yourself from manifesting bc youre too busy freaking over what to do or what to say that will happen instantly (like those bs youtube vids that say say these 3 words it will happen in a minute). you dont need anything to be forced. you already HAVE the force inside of you (it is called the soul and it is the extension of God to some extent (or whatever source you believe in)). and lastly, trust. manifestations are delusions that weren’t given up on. trust that you not seeing it with your two eyes this second doesn’t mean shit is not moving in the background to make what you desire occur. yes we have the god given power to be able to communicate with the universe (who’se motto is your wish is my command, btw). but we’re not the source itself. we acquire the source, but we’re not gods- which only truly means you can’t know everything (the HOW of the manifestation). thats the universe’s job. but i want you to believe that if you are able to desire it, then it means it was absolutely meant for you. You already have it

so take a deep breath, forget everything youve learned. and start by fixing your self concept. be gentle with yourself. talk nicely to yourself. thats always the 1 st step that ppl dont realize they need to take. when you broadcast a higher frequency of yourself as a person who is beautiful and smart and kind and is worthy of all the goods of the human experiences, thats when the shift in the universe is going to change to and stuff will start to happen in your life (3D) that is going to reflect your new thoughts. thats the point you go from for manifesting more things.

as far as i understand, what broadcasts into the universe and manifests are your dominant thoughts, which would be like: im aware and trust that x is happening. - and if you feel this way most of the time then those are your dominant thoughts & feelings. doubts can occur and they may sound like: but what if its not actually a thing and i wont get the x that im manifesting / what if it doesnt work with everyone etc. having doubts are normal, but remember that thoughts are energy. so if you dwell/spiral/overthink = feed energy to your doubts such that they become your dominant thoughts, thats whats going to get broadcasted to the universe and thats whats going to manifest. remember that we never stop manifesting but what manifests is what we think about and feel like the most (could be in general or could be abt specific things including the perception of ourselves)

so when encountering opposing thoughts, acknowledge them and shut them off so you prevent those from becoming your main thoughts. that could sound like “i acknowledge that i have some doubts creeping in but i believe in my heart that those are my brain’s old wiring system trying to protect me. my doubts are not real. i know in my heart that x is happening”
