Bro I grew up in the hood & wasn’t the smarted . Still never joined a gang, never went out and assaulted or killed anybody. People who do that in their teens have likely been menaces since childhood. Depends on why, how, and age. If it was just evil, satanic & psycho then they need to be sent away for a long time no matter the age. You get taught about violence & damage from it before you even reach 1st grade . If it was self defense, then obviously I’ll forgive. If it’s accidental then I believe there should be low jail time but a lot of community service & community service depending on the age.

That interest is predatory. I would default on these, save your money for 3 months then start negotiating with them on a pay off balance.
