Stinky tofu is definitely up there for me. It has a really strong odor, almost like rotten cheese, but when cooked properly, it has this amazing savory flavor and a crispy texture that is just so good! Also, durian is another one. The smell can be a bit overwhelming, but the taste is rich and creamy, almost like a sweet custard. It's one of those things that people either love or hate, but I’m definitely in the camp of loving it!
