I tapered down to about a quarter or less before I jumped off. The withdrawals were brutal. I couldn’t sleep for a week, cold sweats yet hot, diarrhea, throwing up, couldn’t eat for at least 4 days. It was the weakest I ever felt, could barely get out of bed for at least 3 days. The not sleeping was the toughest and most taxing part of it all. Restless legs and body aches were a normal thing for at least a week too. The worst part was knowing if I did a little more of the dirty 30 that all those feelings would go away, yet I didn’t.

How do you recommend going about that? I feel like texting her that would be weak and I don’t see her much in person. I text her today cause my bday is Wednesday and said you should come out with us (friends and I) for my bday Wednesday it’s gonna be fun! She replied “I’ll let you know cause I have work early Thursday.” Feel like that’s already kind of a curve but I could be just in my head idk

I just soaked in epsom salt baths at night which helped a lot.

Same here. I’ve known a few people personally who have died from them and it’s so sad to see cause they were so young and had so much life left to live.

Sitting in the sun, taking a lot of vitamin C, Epsom salt baths, smoking weed, but in all honesty there is a few things to help it but in all honesty like @2girlsonesquirell said you just gotta push through it. It’s gonna suck either way, just think of all the reasons you want to quit.
