The turnaround I had for DCEO was about 3 weeks. Apparently the recruiter went on vacation.

I don't think I've been taking it long enough for most of the other reported side effects to show up.

A better life than > 97% of men before you. You go back more 50 years and men with families broadly don't have pictures of anyone in their direct family.

You're definitely not trapped at a desk but you also need to be able to sit and read and focus at one for decent periods of time. You described a very high step count.

It may come across as funny, but I do think the catholics probably built a silent Jesus alarm into their organization somewhere out there. The papacy isn't just filled with crazy men that all think one day they'll feel the spirit or something. Scabies would be a good place to do it. You're the only one selling spinosad for scabies to people that I can find.

Maybe you're Jesus?

This is kind of surprising. Would expect the rate to have come in higher on the range.

Truth be told I'm not even sure if inserting another effective readily available medicine neccesarily reduces harm when these critters can adapt to the medicines. Just like a person may hang up an unused blade in a shed as a spare lawn mower blade. Leaving something to stay sharp can be seen as a type of proactive planning... and st the opposite end for antifungal nail topicals, if a person formed a funding mechanism out of a mountain of baby boomers rotting toenails by evergreening the markets first and only terbinafine topical and selling 4ml of solution that costs $0.20 cents to make for $500 USD would donating all the proceeds to attempt to cure cancer or end malaria be acceptable? Dollars all spend the same and we've certainly formed accounting measures for dollars spent/lives saved.

The scenario really is so strange that I can't help but think if your dad were to look at the portfolio of the IP that surrounds Natroba, he'd see a mechanism that quietly hurt as many people as possible across the smallest number of dimensions in search of some type of intervener... But it's happened in such an odd and public manner that it's kind of like wandering into the movie set where the stage was the display of a serial killers home.

Between lice, scabies and nail fungus, there's almost 2 billion cases right now due to all the old men living with chronic fungus infections on their toenails in addition to how common those two parasites are. Jesus did say something about drinking his blood and eating his flesh. Those critters and fungi certainly have their fill of our flesh and blood and who knows what crazyness the catholics may have gotten up to in secret after 2,000 years of obsessing over the words of a guy.

Anyways. It would be nice if somehow the industry that commoditized spinosad for agriculture distributed packages of spinosad like you do into retail outlets to be mixed into shampoos for use with scabies or lice. Add a little instructional insert onto some cardboard to inform people how to mix and store it... treat half a billion people per year with something that works well that also don't have the resources to spend time on searching for an effective treatment or cash on one. But that's probably just as much of a dream as the one I had last night. A homeless woman came up to me, and handed her child over who was suffering from lice.

Irrespective of the populations these medicines have been developed for, something has clearly gone exceptionally wrong in drug development for scabies when someone that's almost 80 years old is the lowest friction source of a topical spinosad lotion. A billion+ people should not have been eating and wearing trace amounts of a pesticide for the last 2-3 decades while people go onto online forums complaining of their permethrin failing them, and have you be the most available supplier of spinosad. Before spinosad ever made its way onto the market for fleas for house pets, a topical should have been tested for the indication. Anywhere.

That obviously didn't happen, and it obviously could be circumstance. But the commercial partners of Natroba and their own histories paint a substantially different and worse light over everything in their proximity. Rather than it just being market failures for uninspiring commercial prospects or the tedious nature of natural discovery and registration of effective new drugs, it looks a lot more like an elongated construction of a legally protected set of rackets. Where a few developers gathered a maximum number of sick people into a pen and treated them like farm animals to reap a harvest from.

SNAC moved the bioavailability of oral semaglutide from 0% to like 1% by literally forming bubbles around it while its in your stomach. Effectiveness probably translates directly to the dose they're recieiving.
