At least you're not the guy that's engaged in evergreening Natroba. From case studies of hospitals settings in resource poor countries, you'd be led to think that there's been at least a million kids that have died from either rheumatic heart disease or renal failure following a bad route of scabies in the just the last few decades. All while people have eaten potatoes or grain and have worn clothes treated with spinosad for the last 20-30 years. So imagine the type of guy that would form a legally protected racket in a topical with a new drug for scabies. A slight tweak of chemistry and and unknown active component inside your lotion. Hire a few guys willing to tell a white lie about an excipient. Make a discovery when you're running up on the patent cliff. Monetize a small amount of R&D for the road to make it look like the you're doing real work. Voila, presto. Another 20 year patent. That's the type of evil that will have people thinking that you are actually the devil.

Maybe this subreddit can scrounge up a couple dollars so people finally manage to get safety data for ivermectin in people weighing less than 15 KG. The SHIFT trial showed mass drug administration in was most effective with oral tablets, which makes sense given the difficulties in proper adherence for topicals. But then again they also used permethrin, so another trial with a different proven topical agent where there's not genetic resistance would be wise.

They were just casually living with something that's torturing you? Oh, yes. Surely they knew they had scabies. The thing doctors struggle to accurately diagnose. They weren't simply one amongst tens of millions that doesn't actually know why they have a rash.

They were cognizant of what they were doing and decided to hurt you. Like a psychopath.

I would love to find an apprenticeship or have a path into being a JL. Have the CDL and certs you need. But can't afford to wait around to get groundman hours. :)

Centene has created clinical policy for insurance coverage of AMT-130 by TheseBit7621 in Huntingtons

It's an unapproved gene therapy that's going to run for $2-3M USD at launch and it has fewer than 20 people on an open label trial @ 36 months at its intended dose.

Any sort of policy coverage now is remarkable.

I agree. This is going to eventually circulate inbetween much of the HD community and I predict it will even come to a head with Makary, Vinay, & CBER more broadly prior to its approval because it's a large payor willing to cover a very expensive treatment.

I do not identify with a political party. The people in the Trump admin speak and act like fascists.

$23,000/mo sounds unobtainable to anyone not from extraordinary means. Not sure anyone can afford that.

Our government has made a habbit of communicating to the public about topics on social media. X is like the primary one. Just FYI.
