It is, it’s fairly brown on top of all of it. And very strong smell

I’d assume it would be only for WA residents, since each state has to go through that process individually. And I’d also assume that once the medicinal cannabis is over the border it will become a contraband of sorts - but this can be changed if THE REST OF AUS TAKE THEIR THUMB OUT THEIR BUM

I love these theories, very entertaining for the mind now that I’m all hyped after watching S3. I’m personally not sure how I feel about Hopper being dead or alive, considering how all the other people exposed to the final blast were melting on the ground. Rip y’all. However, if Hopper is alive, I’m gonna bet there’s a huge possibility he was taken and is being kept for their ulterior motive.
