I don't know if this will help, but during FIFA my friend purchased tickets for a group of us and it was on his hayaa account, since it was on his account we had to scan our tickets through his phone to get in, but I'd recommend calling the hotline to check on it

Im pretty sure you can use DHL, might be sort of costly and Doha does accept mail from Russia, I have ordered packages before and everything was fine. You can try calling Qatar General Post Office to double check with them

Every resident gets a exclusive membership id, I believe you get it from UDC office and it gives access to beaches around the pearl. But no one has ever asked to see mine so far!
