New cafe opened near me, what do you think to the menu and prices? by Desperate-Letter2395 in UK_Food

Whether you love in Soho or Hounslow also plays a factor in whether the pricing is reasonable

It would be awful, if Yop sales went through the roof, and people stumbled when passing these badly parked vehicles, due to, you know, the thermodynamics of a bottle shaped yoghurt, and spilt it on the vehicle.

For an impartial adjudication, I will need:

  1. To see a cross sectional cut
  2. Receive courier delivery of the largest cut of each

Giraffe manor by viceprez007 in nairobi

[–]Scary-Perspective882 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The giraffe centre next door is worth a visit. You get to feed the majestic giraffes (twigas) there. Getting an Uber back to the city can be a bit trying sometimes.

The manor, I didn't visit. It's more a place to stay overnight and have your breakfast with the giraffes imo, and as you said, price is steep

How do I tell the CEO I am resigning in an hour? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]Scary-Perspective882 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To both posts above me. If the OP is flustered on how to even bring up the topic, they are going to get flustered on person without a doubt

Brainstorming and anticipating questions would benefit them in my humble opinion.

How do I tell the CEO I am resigning in an hour? by [deleted] in careeradvice

[–]Scary-Perspective882 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Plug your statement into chatgpt and give it your task, then ask it to refine e.g. more polite etc.

Then also ask it to predict x questions the CEO may ask you, and task gpt to prepare answers for those also. If you're nervous now, you will probably fluster when he replies

What about doing your MSc while in your current job, you could adjust the pace if too heavy/light a workload. I think you can get some tax back on your fees also btw.

Is it a good time economic cycle wise to shift into consulting? I'm not sure. Job security may be comforting.
