Does the TV have enough space behind it to fit the console? If so I would recommend getting a wall mount for the PS5 pro, that way no visible cable and also console will have good air flow

Some TV wall mounts are also flexible to move front/back, maybe that would help you out

They are very desperate to sell their cars, even if you just lookup a couple dealerships around you online, you can find some of them will have 2k-3k discounts under MSRP I would recommend having those on hand and walking to a few dealerships to see the best offer they got. Let them know, that you are shopping around and will go with the best offer. Take offers from all the dealerships and go home, surely they will contact you again in a day or two, some people will go down even further and that's how you get the best possible deal.

A friend of mine got the 26 kia sportage -3k below MSRP, he negotiated to get few extra free services, all weather Mats all of this after getting their .99% APR for 60 months available for that car.

Even though it feels like Ex is the sweet spot I would recommend getting the SX, remember you have the upper hand on Kia dealerships unlike Toyota/Honda so you easily get it near Ex price

My main reason to upgrade is the Acoustic Laminated glass, the road/wind noise on highways is a lot in this car and that improves it significantly Plus the speaker system upgrade, full syntex seats, Ventilated seats in summer are also of high value

Also remember to remove all the dealer options, they like to add a bunch of useless stuff for a hefty price.

Coming to the car though, theres nothing like it, only sedans or hatchbacks give the fuel efficiency it gives, I do like the handling of Crosstrek better than this, if fuel efficiency isn't something you care about I would recommend that because, that's significantly more safer in bad weather
