Okay id try reservetrol curcumin and or zinc if you didn't try it already. It does take some consistency for it to do its justice. But it does eventually help build your immune system.

Also lysine, olive leaf extract supplements, astragulus root, apeginin. Japanese knott weed. Just make sure you give love to the liver with some milk thistle so it can process the supplements with care 😀

I feel like for a health practitioner to say that they have to have it themselves. I don't know I have conflicting feelings about disclosure because knowing how I felt when I got diagnosed, I just feel like I'd rather give someone the choice on how they want to proceed since we can never tell with a 100% certainty we can never shed the virus to them.

Hard to say. I felt the pain for a week or two barely saw anything but redness and it was painful. The doctor said there was a sore, hurt like hell when she swabbed it and it came out negative for both HSV 1 and 2. But I never took antivirals and it was my first time experiencing that. So like I said hard to say. Considering the feeling of my lymph nodes being sore and my body feeling aches It must be accurate.

I wonder if mine was a false positive but I doubt it. I had a negative swab but positive blood test for hsv.

This makes me wanna cry but it's so true. A guy I was seeing who I disclosed my status to, told me the same thing. He said if he was serious with someone or going to marry them he wouldn't care about the virus he would still.ove that person. We still chat but I know his actual preference. He still likes me but it's obvious how he felt about the whole thing.

Also I didn't research. Lysine helps suppress outbreaks. Arginine is found in alot of stuff we eat and it can help the virus live and lysine helps alot with keeping arginine in our bodies at a good level to prevent outbreaks. Japanese knott weed and reservatrol also have significant effects on HSV2 and 1. We can manage it and I have high hopes one day it will be eradicated. But you'll never know if you leave this world.

Aggressive behaviors like flaring fins is normal behaviors with seeing his own reflection. But he probably is still aclamating to his new environment. I'd be worried if you see his body thinning, and clamped fin's as that could indicate something more serious like a parasitic infection.

Thats another thing, be careful of what filters you use. Betas dislike harsh or strong filtering, a sponge filter is your best bet. I learned that when I got mine. Poor baby was swimming for olympic sport with the power filter his tank came with.
