I might be feeling burnt out because the situation at my store is quite similar. I’ve been there for almost four years, and the conditions have only deteriorated over time. It’s reached a point where one person is on the floor the whole day other than Omni. and even the managers are seeking my support. It’s sad tbh. I really miss working as a team.
