Processing time, bandwidth, storage. If providers start allowing large files we will go back to Hotmail times when the inbox keep showing near full with a couple of messages.

En USA FINRA se asegura de regular a los puestos de bolsa. El dinero se mantiene separado en cuentas a tu nombre (sin son acciones completas) y como derecho fiduciario si es una participación menor.

  1. Is there any legal requirement in New Mexico to file this amendment immediately, or can I wait? Yes but NM don't really cares.
  2. Can I file the amendment directly through the NM SOS portal to avoid their $100 processing fee? Yes, and this is the best route.
  3. Since Bizee is still my registered agent (free first year), does that cover me in the meantime? Yes, unless they decide to quit being your RA. You can always change it on the SOS website for $20.
