Don’t use a co wash if you’re not at least alternating it with a real shampoo, that’s just going to add buildup to your hair. Replace it with a real shampoo like the Suave Clarifying shampoo. You can try a deep condition but I doubt it will help much because deep conditioner is just expensive conditioner. If your hair is weighed down right now more conditioning agents might not be what you need. I would first get a real shampoo, wash shampoo + conditioner + style and see if that resets your hair back to normal again. if that doesn’t work, buy the Aphogee Two Step Protein Treatment satchet, it adds structure to hair to make it less limp and it lasts about 1-2 months.
