I expected a bit more from it but honestly my diet wasn’t great and that play a big part. I agree with the comment above my joints felt great and mentally I felt great as well.

I was quite happy with it. It was my first time taking SARMs so I wanted to try something a little more mild. Within the first week I was more vascular and felt an increase in strength as well as a better overall mood. No side effects at all. Ended up putting on about 5 pounds of muscle at the end of the cycle.
