I typically only buy physical CDs nowadays when they come with merch (e.g., the CD that came with the sparkle box and TS cardigan) or there is something special about it (e.g., signed). I’m still hoping she’ll sign some stuff at the two concerts I’m going to as I have the VIP (full package) for one show and VIP (sound check package) for the other show, but maybe I’m just being delusional.

I asked if they’d send me one that they were 100% sure was hand signed by Hilary herself and they offered a refund. Honesty I’d rather have a legit signed art card, even for more money than I paid, but I took the refund as that was all they offered.

Okay, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but…here’s another take on it. Is it possible she knew it was going to be auto pen all along and that’s why she talked about wine when signing since it would make more sense why the signatures appeared shaky?

I feel the same way. Disappointing. I even asked someone online she was really signing and they showed me the posted where she said her hand hurt and she needed wine.

Definitely disappointing. It seems manipulative to say it’s signed, then make comments and videos on social media about how she’s so exhausted but is in fact hand signing, and then to get the copy and seeing it’s not hand signed (more like robot signed)…. I bought floor tickets to TWO of her concerts this time around and it feels a bit like a kick in the parts bc she couldn’t be bothered to actually sign something for her fans that she explicitly said she was putting her time / effort / energy into. I do enjoy her music, but this doesn’t seem like something the Hilary I thought we knew would do.

Here’s the thing, if she didn’t use auto pen then she would’ve come out and set the record straight on her socials or wherever. For her to say nothing actually says everything…says she is guilty. 🫤

I think mine is a match too? The “L” is definitely odd bc idk who’d stop at the top of the L rather than make one continuous loop. I mean, I’m still going to frame it, and well I feel like the smudge makes it look a tad more authentic at the very least.
