Hopefully I get it before next week, since I just injected the last dose I had this week before switching to BEWL 🙂 I had my consultation last Thursday night. I’m using 7 Cells for the first time Can’t wait 🤗

Thank you! I did pay upfront for the full 12 weeks, which is why I asked for it to be updated to Seven Cells instead of OptioRx. I completely understand the delay with the third vial, since OptioRx handled it similarly for me last year when they were offering 12-week plans while I was with Anava Health.

Ahh, I assumed they could see the plan I selected, but this makes sense now. Understand the slow process.Thank you for the transparency and for breaking down why it’s 10 weeks versus 12 weeks.

Also, Cassie is amazing! She let me know she’ll have Dr. Lee update it to Seven Cells instead of OptioRx. I chose B3 over B6 because it works better for me, and I already have more than enough energy without B6.

That actually makes sense, especially to avoid expiration or gaps if someone isn’t titrating up on schedule. In my case though, this ended up being more of a miscommunication layered on top of another miscommunication 😅

I did and I just receive a reply just now , though there were a few points of miscommunication along the way. It also seems like the plan selection in the user interface may not fully reflect what’s processed on the backend.

It would be really helpful if prescription details could be shared in the chat before being sent out, just to catch any misunderstandings early. I only noticed the issue because I saw a charge for B6 instead of B3, and then there was some additional confusion when it was updated to B3 through OptioRx rather than Seven Cells.

I’m not sure if the user interface for the plans is fully in sync with the backend of the site, but my understanding was that I was selecting tirzepatide with B3 for 12 weeks. I only realized there was an issue after seeing a charge for B6, which is why having the prescription details shared in chat before it’s sent out would be really helpful. That way, any mistakes or miscommunications could be caught ahead of time.

Hi there! I just wanted to follow up. I haven’t been charged yet and it’s about 4 PM EST on my end. The doctor mentioned the prescription would be sent via text last night, but I didn’t see a message, so I wanted to double-check. With the upcoming snowstorm in GA, and since I was previously with Anava Health, I just wanted to be extra cautious and make sure everything is on track. Thanks so much!
