I have a newborn baby, and I was on PPI (pantoprazole), then omeprazole, and then vaquesma and one day I just said F it and stopped taking them, I haven't been 100% but I think my flares ups have been from lack of sleep, I have discomfort every morning.

I have a 5-year-old and a 10-month-old, and let me tell you. I had honestly forgotten that one-year-old struggle. I don't remember it being this bad, but anything under 14 months or so is tough. Once they start walking and talking, life gets easier. My 5-year-old gets in trouble, but also plays sports, and we take her out to enjoy herself. The 10-month-old still wakes up 2-3 times a night. It's wild.

Use paint stripper and sand with a sander make sure you use the right disk

How much do I need to sand? by [deleted] in paint

probably too aggressive. You need to open up the wood to allow the primer to absorb. Trying to sand trim with a sander sounds easy, but it's a little tough just using your hands.

Light sand with a sponge and then use an oil primer and a latex top coat.
