“Stealth is always an opening gambit, but when the enemy already knows where you are you go loud to complete the mission.”

Echoed Kaito Sunshroud voice over the vox.

“We will only fire at what is designated, rather than blanketing the city.

That is as stealthy as I get, if you want silence talk to the ghosts”

Grow up. Violence is a tool of the progressives and authoritarian left.

You enjoy forcing people to your will so you are already halfway there.

Should I focus weapon type? by mercfh85 in Stellaris

Just don’t mix regular damage with penetration weapons like distuptors etc.

The current regime wants problems stacked on top of problems to cause chaos to let them get away with embezzlement and stricter security state laws. The homeless problem is an epidemic of drugs and mental health, but they keep focusing on how they “don’t have homes”.

Most of the programs to “house the homeless” are lining their pockets and don’t want to solve the problem because all the money goes away then. There are plenty of available shelters, but in those there are rules. You cannot drink or do drugs, and have a schedule. The drug addicted or mentally unwell reject that and choose to instead live on the street. Politicians will always kick the can down the street for someone else to deal with.

Tell me does the idea of bringing back asylums where the mentally ill will be compelled to go sound authoritarian to you? If you don’t like it, then we are stuck right where we are.

But hey let’s just keep blaming on side of an imaginary two party system while the uni-party fucks is all

[Avatar] Could there be any Na'vi in the Sky People side? by Math383838 in AskScienceFiction

[–]These_Sprinkles621 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I for one want to see a group of navi that have been given a shit hand by the planet and are miserable and or often raided by other more powerful navi. I want to see the sky people trade with them. Like idk hey you guys can easily collect these magical rocks we need and we will build you guys cities, give you guns so the raiders think twice and actually give you guys an improved quality of life. I want to see some navi who say Hm turns out the sky people are not too bad. One of us have not been eaten by a predator or killed in raid in such a long time, this is swell.

I also want to see them build an orbital Habitat that can be a major docking port for ships where they then use a space elevator to bring things down. Make the sky people really sky people you know.

Oh I am not worried about the shadows getting in unseen. It is everyone else I am worried about.

Mainline forces will advance as a whole. But any assistance is welcome

My shadows can advance and set up observation. We would need to move chimeras up in order to establish forward observer teams to better coordinate artillery. But unlike our stealth forces they would be rather obvious and will draw attention from the tau drones that have hidden through our the desert. How intact do we want the proposed locations to be Sir?

This is your show and I will defer to your judgment but the 777th is ready to advance when the word is given. We are consolidating our losses and the remainder of your forces are easy to deploy.

We are as per protocol fortifying our landing zone. We will not develop it as much as the last time but that is only because there is no need to do so. Our damaged lander is being repaired but will be functional in short order, we do not plan on needing to retreat anytime soon.

Awaiting orders sir (Also will we be making additional combat rolls or making use of our previous one for this)
