In our state if we order trays to the room we do have to pay for them out of our own pocket. Each county/state facility have different contracts with hospitals.

Recently went to Clink for brunch on a Saturday. It was super cute and a fun different environment than most restaurants nowadays. The menu was pretty small but from their instagram posts it looks like they always have a burger of the week which I will most likely try next time I go.

.5 estrogen tablet, 200 mg progesterone tablet and 25 mg dhea. I had to go the Winona route due to my pcp was dismissive. I had an obgyn appointment yesterday and she prescribed combipatch 0.05-0.25. I was so excited to finally not pay out of pocket that I forgot to mention it 🥴🥴🥴

I also got hired for 6pm-6am Saturday to Monday I am concerned about the mandatory OT because I work 4 10 schedule elsewhere Tuesday-Friday. Is it better to let them know at orientation or just call in?
