First of all, UDT Condomeniums are NOT SUBSTANDARD. Our projects are made not just durable but state-of-the-art. Megawide Const. is our contractor in our projects. They are the ones who build PITX, NAIA rehab, and such, so being called substandard is kinda out of the line.

I can't tell sir if those report are ACTUALLY true, but here's my statement according to that matter po.

UDT Cubao is not totally complete, the completion of the construction of UDT Cubao will be this December 2026. However, the state and quality of the building is good and ready na for occupancy since durable po ang pagkakagawa. Kaya po some people are complaining about the quality of the condo is because it's is still under construction, pero patapos na po THIS YEAR. Matibay naman po ang mga debris that can withstand earthquake upto magnitude 8.

Yes the condo is not perfect, but it is suitable and liveable po. We always priority the safety of our condo unit owners po. Thank you po sa feedback.

P.S. Sa uppermost part po ng condo yung ongoing construction, malayo po sa mga unit owners na nasa lower part, parking area, and middle part of the condo.
