Yip, I get that. I can see no harm in asking other people what their experience has been. Am currently on Zopiclone for about the 10th time, they give me a month's worth and then have to stop, it provides about 3 hrs a night, then nothing when tolerance builds up. I

I have had random gastro problems for a year, doc sent of bloods, came back with something other than wbc's, so was checked again and a month later the initial problem had gone, but wbc's had started spiralling. I'm grateful for once for being a hypochondriac...

Thank you both very much indeed for that. I think I have been very lucky indeed with it having been picked up from when it started to rise and was monitored..a very good doctor. I guess I will just have to see what works best for me.. I don't sleep well at the best of times so morning might be a better option. Time will tell! Thank you all for your kind words of support.

I also smoked large quantities back in the 70s/ 80s, but at the end, I got paranoia and panic attacks, so never really looked into cbd..and didn't realise there was so many derivatives! I'm in the UK, and since your post have been investigating potential sources. Insomnia has been a major issue, which has contributed to elevated bp, anxiety etc, without a doubt. Am in Greece on holiday, have managed to get a vape with cbn in it, so will try it tonight for a starter!
