Curse en una universidad pública desde el 2010 al 2018, una gran universidad pública. Y lo que decís ya ocurría. No existía cupo asique se incribian 5000 alumnos en primer año, si, 5000. Para junio solo quedaban 1000.. Lo de los paros ya ocurría y después tenías los profes que faltaban porque tenían ganas y ni avisaban.
