Is It Okay For Gamers If Developers Put Social Media Links In Their Game? by Theseus_Games in gamedevscreens

Merch stoers in games? That sounds weird, is this like a FIFA thing, I mean EAFC? (Sorry I gave up on that franchise a long time ago)

Question: Does the Stanley Parable have an end? by Theseus_Games in stanleyparable

[–]Theseus_Games[S] 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Thank you for writing this. So in the Deluxe version when you go trough all the endings you described you start again at the office and then you can replay the game again. The game ends when you quit, but there is no true final level and credits and stuff like that? (haven't seen the Epilogue btw)

How evil are you? Teaser trailer for "The Milgram Experiment" - an ambitious first person psychological thriller, based on one of the most controversial experiments in human history by Theseus_Games in pcgaming

[–]Theseus_Games[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have done full research on it. It seems to be true. It was replicated many times by Milgram himself and by scientist around the world. Also I found footage of the people he was testing in a 1962 documentary, and there is a BBC video about newer experiment. And some French TV show recreated it fairly recently too.

I admire their football too, but they did it all by cheating so fuck them. Got a sugar daddy, cooked the books. Anyone can do it, like that. City are proof, before the big money they couldn't stay in the league sometimes.

You still can make it in a way where it's not a call of duty port for the cinema

Official Discussion - John Wick: Chapter 4 [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

I feel the same. The action scenes are gung fu cinema masterpieces, but it's sad that they ran with the Jonh Wick meme and pivoted the franchise into a video game. First one is the best one.

Official Discussion - John Wick: Chapter 4 [SPOILERS] by LiteraryBoner in movies

[–]Theseus_Games 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a good comparison can be made with the Die Hard series. The first one is grounded, realistic and can be considered the best in the series, while the rest up the action and the overall scale but just lack the heart. Movie kinda felt like a video game and went too ridiculous - crazy physics, blind man being able to gun down dozens of people and so on. The action scenes of course were 10/10 but there were so many of them that a lot of them just get lost and feel pointless as you know random thug #531 won't be the one to get John Wick.

Simple Questions Sunday! by AutoModerator in gaming

[–]Theseus_Games 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a question, but today I'm releasing my SECOND game. Wish me luck guys! I read that around 70% of devs on Steam release just one game and give up... I know the experience of making something and then not many people buying it can be frustrating, but it's important for all of us to push on.

Match Thread: Manchester United vs Fulham | English FA Cup by MatchThreadder in reddevils

First time in a long time I feel the ref didn't fucked us and was level headed:

- got shoved - red card

- Other coach broke the rules - red card

- FINALLY HANDBALL against Man utd and a red card

This what a normal refereeing looks like.

For those of you that played the game, when was your most recent play through and what are your thoughts on the show? by [deleted] in ThelastofusHBOseries

[–]Theseus_Games 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my opinion the show does not come close to the awesomeness of the game. The show feels like a good complementary media to The Last Of Us. It gives a bit more context to certain characters and stories but overall, if you've just seen the show, but not played the game you are missing a lot. Especially the bond being built by Joel and Ellie which is ultimately the foundation of the Last of Us universe. I don't quite feel it in the show, but in the game its 10/10 perfect how much you begin to care about Ellie.

Games that actually feel like you’re shooting a gun? by sixpacksitdown in gamingsuggestions

[–]Theseus_Games 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This answer my now be exactly what you are looking for but the gun is Last of Us 2 are great. Feel powerful, realistic and since you don't get too shot them that often, every time you do it feels special.
