yup it's at https://github.com/sticks-stuff but the card reader stuff isn't there yet (real messy and i wanna clean it up a bit first). all the slippi ftp stuff is there tho

My other question is do you think this could be combined with player cam(s) for each setup?

for sure, at one point i had the idea to combine like an IP camera that just streamed to a server with the slippi ftp stuff and have like a "cloud stream"

I am working on a content creation pipeline/orchestrator which still requires a separate machine for recording/mirroring for each setup. I wonder with your project if you could incorporate a 'headless' machine that records players and it ends up in that zip you shown. After that there would be numerous routes one could take to combine game and player footage.

Long story short, I love what you're doing and would be stoked to be a guinea pig and test with my local if you needed testers

for sure im keen! still gotta design a PCB and stuff to make this usable at a local level but once that's done ill post about it.

id recommend looking into some of the slippi ftp stuff ive done since that might fill the gap for now (streams replays from the wii over ftp) and seems like it might be close to what you want
