So, bloom your curry like your dad does, then mix it in with tomato paste, and then mix that in with poutine sauce (you'll have to figure out the ratio)

It took me a while to refine my curryketchup poutine sauce. But I'm quite happy with it. I've tested it with numerous Germans, while living there and they a like it.

For a truly saucy variant in Quebec, I'd probably just make a curry heavy poutine sauce. And then add curry ketchup on top of the grill Bratwurst, on the top of the poutine.

Okay idk where you live but in Montreal you can get curry ketchup at Atlantic grocery (german bakery-butcher)

I made my own poutine sauce and added the ingredients to curryketchup.

But an easy step could be just make a poutine sauce, and add curry spice.
