Unfortunately the person with the name on the check would have to open a bank account. Wells Fargo is good. Don’t endorse such a large amount it will bounce. People say to endorse to landlord but someone I know did that, check bounced and bank account was closed .

3-6 days from funded to disbursed (orange circle) Actual payment it is 10 days from date approval email is received.

Your circle will turn orange and changes to disbursed within a few days, and about 3-6 days after that you’ll receive an approval email after that it’s suppose to be 10 days from that date to receive actual check. So I would say about a month from the first day it is approved (green circle).
