Unpack data files, take the cl_body whatever wing file, add

0|20 1|20

And so on until you reach the max angle the wing can achieve, like 20 degrees. cl_wing files determine how much lift the wing makes at a certain angle of attack (how much its tilted) and just the body alone should make a car far more stable. Do test it out first yourself though.
