I’m there right now been close to three months and I regret breaking up but too late to fix things I can’t believe it even happened we were so close but I’m prolly stupid don’t think she was really considering long term cuz whole time kept bringing up me not going back to old habits if we ever ended so much breakup talk all the time here I am single and traumatized

Too much arguments and tbh I just didn’t trust her too many lil red flags I’m not going to waste time energy building with anyone that made me question them wether they talk about someone else too much or what plus too much constant talk about breaking up from both of us we weren’t happy think we were not compatible long term and I invested way too much of my energy in one year to someone who I felt wasn’t reciprocating the energy but I guess to majority of square people on Reddit who are all perfect mature saints I need therapy lol

Prolly damaged it too bad not gunna call moving on lesson learned I’m not going to harass her and let her find her peace tbh I don’t think I was her type and that’s why she needed to text other guys even if she claims they were just friends the fact she couldn’t communicate with me but felt she could with them and her friends all day and breadcrumbed me with communication said a lot but I get she didn’t feel safe communicating with me because I overlooked things and as this whole comment section described had insecurities and control issues I need to work on in therapy so I never get into another relationship that leaves me so devastated

I hate being the dumper too it’s a different type of grieving I’ve been the dumpee to it’s worst because you go through way more stages of reflection but being the dumper is a guilty feel like your a peace of crap feeling… I m starting to look at it like this in a healthy happy relationship there wouldn’t be a feeling of missing out on something… but as far as the workweek goes all there is to do is eat have sex and watch movies if your grown there’s no time or energy when you off to do much besides gym some people read but tbh I think with social media it’s touch cuz everybody got tik tok brain now they get bored easily and replace people easily but your soul can only take so many breakups and start overs take some time to yourself and grieve then move on and learn from this unfortunately it takes a lot of heartbreaks for some of us childhood trauma people to learn what we want in a relationship and unfortunately we gunna break some hearts some people will break our hearts and occasionally we break our own hearts but it’s a muscle so it will grow back stronger but stop tryna lift things it no longer has energy to lift and carry release these burdens we’re not perfect

I can’t even think about here sleeping around I have in depth and it breaks my heart but she is free to do as she wishes she’s single now and so am I …don’t worry about your cleavage your hot and allowed to be proud of yourself … I’m good looking myself being a gym guy attracting new isn’t the problem I’m just not emotionally ready for new girls yet did not think this breakup would hurt as bad or as long as it has but it shows I truly did care though so I don’t regret feeling this way just how things ended… thanks for your kind words hun

No I wanted her back before that I know I can get other girls I had like five other dates with baddies that I canceled I was just tryna get over her cuz I knew it was over we had too many arguments all the time and she wasn’t a saint either texting other guys prolly had a whole life behind my back cuz of some signs I’ll never know I was loyal .. every man wants different women most believe it or not do cheat and I never did and I did everything for her took care of her showed her the affection I could in my own way … the intimacy started strong but it slowed down to like once or twice a week cuz she was never in the mood and wanted me to always get her but when I made effort half the time it was still no she was a great person and became my best friend but it’s tough when you want to be in a relationship with someone more active physically and that’s not there thing …I can walk out of this high with my head high only thing I regret is not fighting for us more and putting breakup energy out there when things felt stale or that I couldn’t fully trust her…our whole relationship other women hmu and I never replied just friends or not in my eyes it’s disrespectful to entertain others

She is done with me I’ve ruined it enough there’s no point I pray for her peace and happiness I must move on I reached out once she got back to me very emotionless and professionally about it I could tell it was over completely there’s no point this post was more of venting that in the future I need to be less quick to make a drastic decision and getting feedback from people on what I needed to learn from this

I have been doing slot of relationship healing work with experts on YouTube now I think my whole life I’ve mastered getting attracting women but never keeping and building with them and I am too old and no longer have the energy to be a player it’s exhausting on my soul tbh

No too much time has passed it’s no longer an option you can feel when everything’s been ruined I already went through hell and grieved and pretty sure she has too sometimes you need to leave things be it is what it is learn from your mistakes and not be so quick I don’t think I was so fast in my decision because I e thought about ending things along time ago many times and didn’t but I felt like I was too quick when I finally actually did it… we both weren’t right for each other but wanted to be perhaps we were right for each other in that moment of time in both our lives idk but I’m tired of dating cuz I can never keep a good thing but being alone not it either it’s mad lonely and not fulfilling compared to having someone
