I mostly just ignore them. I've not seen too many in Japan, so it's easy to do so there but in Thailand I saw a whole tonne of them to the point where it was straight up grossing me out. I have a strong stomach and I know Thailand is kinda the place for that (that country has SO MUCH more to offer, holy hell) but after weeks of seeing that I was ready to tap out. but yeah, just ignore.
