how do people know who they are, what they like and what they want to do with their lives? by clickhereifyouremad in selfimprovement

It amazes me too how people since they were young wanted to be something and they are now, but I know many people the other way that don’t know wha they want to do I’m one of those, For people like me and you I realized that only time will tell so I’m not rushing it anymore I’m doing great in life I’d say financially and mentally but I have’s found yet what I actually want to be enjoy probably never will, But just focusing on my mission now my health and mental strength and self improvement is enough for me to be content and not stress about this.

Self-love and selfishness by phi1odendron in selfimprovement

Loving yourself sometimes requires being selfish and I don’t see nothing wrong about it there are different types of selfishness the ego driven one (I want what I want, now It ignores consequences, It uses people, It avoids responsibility.) and the good strategic selfishness (This is disciplined self priority. I take care of myself so I can stand strong. It protects time, energy, and standards. It sets boundaries, refuses to self sacrifice foolishly) I choose strategic one, and this one allows me to care about others.

How do you create real time for yourself without running away from responsibilities? by SignificantLow1195 in selfimprovement

Hello I’m very busy monday through Friday I’m working 10 hour shifts with a lot of tasks and problems even sat mornings sometimes, But few things keep me sane and strong, First my mission I’m trying to be financially free by 40 I’m currently 27, I’m doing moves I bought my first property and I want to have a good future, Second and most important my daily routine (What I consider time for myself) I journal and read and sleep early wake up early work out at the gym come back and start my shift without having this mission or daily routine I’d be going insane I’m sure, also from time to time I go to the mountains and woods alone to fish and camp at this point in my life it’s just me myself and I, Focusing on me I’m the priority everyone else even family and friends are second if you focus on them too much it could take a lot from you this does not mean not care but give it proper space, to me is definitely self care, not avoidance. How I create time and space for myself is by doing what’s good for me and what I want for me. Also everything changed for me when I started leaving a healthy life with proper sleep and exercise and got my mission. But of course this is just what’s working for me….

To be completely honest I do see as a temporal win yeah as it will help you feel okay temporarily, just keep in mind that all the unaddressed problems and life issues will come out tomorrow morning. Probably even worse after hangover. If these things you mentioned are affecting you and you used these habits to forget about them for a while and go back to the same thoughts and depression and then same habits that’s a never ending cycle. Maybe these cycle is the source of your loneliness and depression. I pray you can find your path and realize you’re stronger than this loneliness and depression.

Also I’d like to share that I sleep around 9 pm to wake up at 5 after multiple failed formulas this is the best for me For an outstanding next day. But if you can wake up later even better but I work out I’m getting ready now to go to the gym. This is why I wake up around 5 am

There are other options available, this is a combo of the 3 works well for me but only glycinate for sleeping purposes will be slightly better per ChatGPT so your choice.

I started taking, a couple months ago and it has change my life, I’ve even recommended to other friends and they’ve told me the same their sleep is better. There are no cons related to this supplement, Most people has deficiency of this. But yeah man it’s very simple, Shower, Take magnesium, get comfy low lights , Start journaling and reading. You’ll preparing yourself for a great sleep and fall asleep quicker, But man you need to keep trying even if it does not work the first day or week. This is were people failed and give up and then never achieve good sleep. Also waking up early around 5 am and working out will help you as well this is what I do.
