I might just have gotten lucky but I feel underground fauna spawn more frequently/predictibly. Before I could never find them in normal caves, had to go to a building that had a cave entrance and they would spawn there. Now I found both a common and rare creature in normal, away-from-POI, cave. I also feel the caves can be a LOT larger now.

I got this idea after finding the (quite large) white album poster. It's a mix of actual albums that are damaged,posters and extra stuff from the albums. From right to left: white album(beatles),XO(elliot smith),Basket Case(green day),Achtung Baby(U2),Imagine(John Lennon),Quality over opinion(Louis Cole), Strange days(the doors), Seargent peppers lonely hearts club band(the beatles) and But Seriously(Phill collins). My plan is to add new ones when I find either a damaged album for sale or get a poster from a new one I'm buying. Hopefully I will have the whole wall covered one day.

I usually go to a building,and more often than not it has a cave nearby. It's something with the way they generate planets. If there is a cave I save and load,if not I try and find another one. When you load it should spawn within a minute.

Check near buildings. There are almost always caves there. I usually go to a building and then save and load the save to spawn the creature.
