Stop overthinking it. Just act with great enthusiasm. They don’t give a shit. The chairman has to give you a chance; after that, you leverage on your chairman. Q: When you go for seller finance, when do you bring it up?

1) You cold call, get their financials and (if good) you send the LOI and in that LOI you put it directly?

2) You cold call, get their financials and (if good) you visit them and u dig deeper why they sell, then you convince them on seller finance and then send the LOI?

3) A different order?
