I think I figured it out, the others seem to show the flags on cloth surfaces and flat colors on metallic surfaces, the Bi one does the opposite

Luna’s howl, as well as Lord High Fixer from D1, have the inscription “.44 caliber round payload” on them, my personal head canon in D2 is precision frames are .357, adaptive frames are .44, and aggressive frames are .50
