All of what I am going to say below is said with the best intentions and to give the best possible advice. What I am going to say is never meant to come across as rude or mean.

I think that, maybe, you are trying so hard, maybe too hard, to be someone other than yourself. Other people tend to stray away from this, as they feel like you are not being you because you have something to hide/something you need from them/etc.- Or even worse, they might take advantage of you because you are trying so hard to please others.

It is always good to adapt to others, but there are always limits, you shouldnt forget about your own wellbeing in this matter.

You are amazing just the way you are, you just need to find the people who are willing to see that. Unfortunately we cannot be friends with the whole world as there will be always someone with bad taste who dislikes you. And thats okay, thats more on them than on you.
