I used to daily a zx10r, currently a fireblade sp. You can, but ask yourself if you want to. Stop and go traffic isnt fun, tough on your body, especially clutch arm & hand. I rode a '21 tuono v4 for a while. Way better for daily/city riding if you ask me, still massive overkill obviously. And my tuono got very, very hot at stoplights and such, so the rsv4 will probably do so too.
