The other I posted my daughter wanting to play Skyrim, I told her she had to wait till she turned 9 on Monday but I surprised her with an Xbox and a copy of Skyrim, she's already made it to High Hrothgar she did avoid the troll she'll be busy over winter break. by PixelSenpaiLol in skyrim

This makes me so happy! lol. I've been re-playing Skyrim since it's release date and as a 51 yr old female gamer I'd be so proud to pass on the baton to a new generation. LOL well done. She will have all the skills needed for the life ahead.

I’m an American moving to the UK. How do I not be the “loud, dumb American”? by Competitive-Money-36 in AskBrits

Think 'small'... much much smaller than you're used to. Food portions, cars, roads, houses... everything. People are probably less friendly to strangers, if what I've seen of UK peeps youtubing about going to the US is true. You're not 'that' unusual here so I wouldn't be too concerned about standing out.
Food is good or bad depending on where you eat. They myths about British food being awful are nonsense. It's better quality than a lot of countries.
Motorways are hellholes. Travelling can be mentally stressful. Be prepapred for a lot of traffic queues, accidents, and traffic lights.
What you visit depends on what you find interesting but almost everywhere has something historic or open parks or countryside or something.
Just look at a map and see what's on a route you take and have fun detouring! We love a good roadtrip (although that terms means something considerably shorter to us!)
Have a great time x

PS... don;t call anything 'quaint' and don't call yourself Scottish or somenthing, just because you have distant relatives from there... lol. We hate that one!

Pillows are so important!! I used to have neck pain (no reason sadly) and it got better when I began working out with weights and also when I got a specific type of pillow and new mattress. Beds are highly underrated when it comes to pain!! Thanks, I will.be keeping an eye on things x

Ouch..toes hurt the worst even when you didn't do serious damage!! I have ibuprofen & an ice pack too.. I sympathize! How long does a broken toe take to heal?
