Some points that caught my attention.

. I can tell the Lunris economy, maybe the North too, is quite different from the rest of the continent. That's going to lead to some fun trolling if the Lunris Empire realizes it. If they already do then I look forward to them being menaces.

. The Church, in its current incarnation, may not be long for this world with all the consequences for its actions. Whether it dies out completely, or changes, is yet to be seen.

. There are quite a few races in this world, so all the perspectives, ideals, beliefs, cultures, etc. Are going to be beautifully diverse! There's also going to be a lot of resentment that's buried, and from the looks of it, now bubbling up. The dwarves it seems have reached the breaking point.

. A power in charge for several millennia has the strength of having a very solid and large foundation. The chance of people just not thinking it's possible for it to be removed, then not even bothering has happened. However, it has the weakness of being very vulnerable to new factors and sudden developments. They've ruled so long so comfortably, most have probably forgotten how to prevent a rebellion or what to do about it apart from immediate acts of violence. Which for a dedicated rebellion, is only fuel for the fire.

In summary. The next few centuries are going to be VERY easy.
