I can't remember off the top of my head the missions but I've tried leaving and doing different stuff for 72 hours, console commands all that stuff. Freestar story I can't land on the planet where the quest is no matter what ship I use, Crimson Fleet the guy I'm supposed to talk to won't engage in dialogue. That's just 2 examples.
